GET FLEXIBLE - UHP ROM24™ Flexibility/Mobility Standards.  A monthly introductory class teaching foundational stretching principles and core ranges of motion to help participants identify limitations, improve basic mobility, and move out of injury-prone patterns.  This monthly class is suitable for all fitness levels. This program supports everyday movement, athletic performance, and long-term physical health by helping participants progress from standard mobility into safer, more functional ranges of motion.

A personalized, one-on-one mobility experience delivered in the privacy of your own home. These private sessions focus on the foundational UHP ROM24™ principles while being fully tailored to your body, needs, and goals. Through precise sequencing, longer holds, and deeper release techniques, sessions are designed to improve joint function, promote muscle relaxation, and increase overall movement efficiency. Suitable for all fitness levels, this individualized approach supports everyday movement, athletic performance, and long-term physical health—helping you safely progress from basic mobility into more functional, sustainable ranges of motion without the pressure or distraction of a group setting.

Our weekly classes are designed to be progressive and intentional. We’ll consistently revisit foundational ranges while introducing new ranges over time, allowing your body to adapt safely week by week. This progression helps build durable mobility rather than short-term flexibility. Progress Tracking As part of the process, we’ll periodically take photos and track individual progress so you can clearly see improvements in mobility, positioning, and overall movement quality—not just feel them. Expanded Class Options In the coming months, we plan to add classes, giving members the flexibility to attend up to 8 classes per month as the program grows.
